Serves 4
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound green cabbage (about 12 cups), finely shredded or chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, seasoned salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss with the cabbage and onion. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
