Leyla Muedin, MS, RD, CDN

Leyla Muedin received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Science at Hunter College (City University of New York) and her Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences at Queens College (CUNY). She was formerly a nutritionist at the Atkins Center for Complementary Medicine where she worked with the late Dr. Robert Atkins, and later as a nutrition consultant for Atkins Nutritionals. Leyla is a clinical nutritionist and educator at the Hoffman Center specializing in the clinical application of diet and supplements for a wide range of medical problems. Leyla lectures regularly at the Hoffman Center as well as professional conferences and corporate wellness programs.

Dr. Leo Galland, M.D. received his education at Harvard University and the New York University School of Medicine and trained in internal medicine at the N.Y.U.-Bellevue Medical Center. He has held faculty positions at New York University, Rockefeller University, the State University of New York and the University of Connecticut. Dr. Galland is the author of dozens of scientific articles and textbook chapters.

David Perlmutter, MD, FACN, ABIHM drperlmutterphotois a Board-Certified Neurologist and Fellow of the American College of Nutrition. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine where he was awarded the Leonard G. Rowntree Research Award for best research by a medical student.
